1. Ensure you have correctly inserted your SIM card. If unsure, please refer to the User Manual for details of the correct orientation.
2. If the SIM card has been inserted correctly but the error message is still displayed, use a dry cloth to clean the gold pins on the SIM card.
3. If your phone is still not recognising your SIM card, please call your Network provider to ensure that the SIM card has been enabled, or to follow further instructions.
Important: Do not insert the SD card into the SIM slot as this may damage the SIM card reader. If so, the device will need to be returned to the Service Centre.
