This guide will show you how to set up Internet on your phone either by resetting your phone to default Internet settings or by setting up the network manually.
Option 1: Enable mobile data
1. Go to Settings
2. Go to Settings > Data usage
3. Click Enable cellular data
Option 2: Reset APNs
1. Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
2. Check that it shows Internet
3. Click on the 3-Dots options menu in the top right corner of the display.
4. Select Reset to default on the pop-up.
Option 3: Change APN protocol
1. Go to Settings > More > Mobile networks > Access Point Names
2. Then select your network operator’s name.
3. On the next screen, scroll down to APN protocol.
4. Tap APN protocol, then change it to IPv4/IPv6 on the pop-up.
Option 4: Set a new access point or edit the existing access point
1. Go to Settings > under Wireless & networks tap More > Mobile network > Access Point Names.
2. Select the "+" to add a new access point.
3. On the next screen, scroll down to APN protocol.
4. Tap APN protocol, then change it to IPv4/IPv6 on the pop-up.
