Your phone’s current performance might be caused by additionally installed apps.
You might be able to fix the issue by trying the following options:

Option 2: Please also check for and install any system updates and restart the phone again.

Then use your phone and observe whether any updates have made a difference.
Option 3: If that has made no difference, please start your phone in safe mode. In safe mode the device reverts to the settings it left the factory with, meaning only pre-loaded apps will be available whilst in this mode.

Test the device and if the issue is not seen then this indicates an added app is the root of the issue.
Option 4: Turn off the device and then turn it back on again to exit from safe mode. Then, one at a time, remove the last apps loaded before you noticed the issue. Once you identify the misbehaving app, attempt to re-install it. If the problem recurs, then remove the misbehaving app and contact the app developer to share your feedback.
