The battery performance of your device can be affected by numerous factors, including:
1. Usage
2. Reception
3. Temperature
4. Bluetooth
5. WIFI
6. GPS-services
7. Constant high screen brightness
8 . Mobile data services
We recommend that you avoid completely draining your device and do not charge it after reaching 100%. We advise against long, overnight charging and recommend to charge in a cool area out of direct sunlight.
To determine the cause of poor standby time on your device:
1. Update your device software and apps.
2. Find problem apps depleting the battery and test the device Safe mode.
3. Deactivate Google Discover. On the home screen swipe from left to right > Press the circle in the upper right corner > Settings > General > Deactivate Discover
4. Calibrate the battery once every few months.
