If you have a problem with your device, we can offer you the following options:
- Contact customer service to try and fix the problem remotely.
- request free* pick-up and repair if necessary, customer service will arrange the collection.
When you contact the Customer Service team, please have your IMEI number to hand. We recommend you use enough bubble wrap to safely cushion the device; use a sturdy box or a padded envelope; make sure the device is secured inside the box to prevent any movement while in transit, when sending for repair. Insert a copy of your proof of purchase into the package. Before sending in your device for repair, remember to back up your data. Your device will be repaired or replaced on average within 5 working days of receiving the device at the Service Centre.
Note*: Free pick-up and repair is available when a device has a valid warranty. For devices out of warranty, we will estimate the repair and delivery cost for you.
Note: If the device gets damaged during transit due to improper packaging, it will not be covered under warranty terms & conditions.
